Modes of Therapy: Group Therapy

My approach for potential patients:
At present, I am only accepting patients for group therapy since my waiting list for individual therapy is over 8 years long. Group work is not at all what most think so I will meet with anyone interested for a session & get a sense of their needs & describe group. Minimum commitment is 1 year...it is a gradual but powerful process & excellent for anxiety, depression, self-esteem and relationship issues as well as some addictions. Resolves trauma indirectly. Please be patient with regard to responses since the demand is very high. Thank you!
