 ow do we put our burdens aside, return to our true selves and connect wi
 th humanity?   Through practices that focus our awareness on our minds
  and bodies we can creatively enter this journey. As we enter this encha
 nted forest of the Hockley Valley we can bathe in the enjoyment of natur
 e, laughter, music, movement and exploration and then bring it home for 
 ourselves, our families and our patients.  We will be led through Impro
 v, Expressive Arts, Poetry and Sound, and Movement.  Beth Foster will o
 nce again bring us into our stillness through Forest Bathing.\n\nThe ret
 reat centre will be for our exclusive use including the surrounding fore
 st i.e. hiking trails, fire pit and for the cold plunge crowd, the sprin
 g fed pond!  All participants will have their own rooms, all the food i
 s made in the on-site kitchen and dietary needs can be met.\n\n \n\n--

 by September 1 2023 for a full refund. Cancellations received between Se
 ptember 1 and October 1 will receive a refund less a $50 admin fee. Refu
 nds received after October 1 and no shows will be responsible to pay the
  full fee.\n\nIf the event is cancelled by MDPAC or the Centre due to re
 strictions imposed by Ontario Public Health Guidelines, all registration
