 storative weekend retreat designed for physicians to experience renewal 
 through movement, creativity, forest immersion, and experiential practic
 es.\n\nThere are no lectures and no PowerPoint presentations — only em
 bodied experiences that support nervous system regulation, presence, and
  authentic connection.\n\nThroughout the weekend you will have the oppor
 tunity to:\n\n• Try new practices in a supportive environment\n• Sp
 end meaningful time in nature\n• Explore creativity, movement, and ref
 lection\n• Connect with colleagues in a genuine and relaxed way\n\nExp
 ect to breathe more deeply, slow down, and engage in safe circles where

  ceremonial opening including smudging and the Eagle Feather ceremony.\n

  set intentions for the weekend.\n\nObjective:\nTo create a sacred and s

 hing --\n\nBeth Foster\nReconnect with nature through a guided forest th
 erapy experience.\n\nHumans have a biological need to connect with the n
 atural world — a concept known as biophilia. Through gentle invitation
 s to observe, breathe, and engage the senses, participants rediscover th
 e restorative power of forests.\n\nResearch shows forest bathing may sup
 port:\n\n• stress reduction\n• improved mood and cognition\n• car
 diovascular and immune health\n• creativity and clarity\n\nBeth Foster
  is a certified guide through the Association of Nature and Forest Thera
 py Guides with decades of experience in outdoor education and counsellin

 n --\n\nInge Winslow\nParticipants will be introduced to BEAM (Bioenerge
 tic Emotional Access Method) and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) — s
 tructured reflective tools that help individuals notice emotional patter
 ns and regulate responses.\n\nThis guided process encourages curiosity a
 bout internal experiences while maintaining psychological safety and ind
 ividual choice.\n\nObjective:\nTo explore techniques that support awaren
 ess of core beliefs and emotional regulation.\n\n \n\n-- 4:00 – 5:00 
 PM --\n\n-- Mindful Movement --\n\nJackson Lin\nDrawing on practices inc
 luding Yoshinkan Aikido, Qi Gong, fascial release, and creative movement
 , this session explores the relationship between movement, breath, and n
 ervous system regulation.\n\nParticipants will experience how simple phy
 sical practices can shift emotional states and restore balance.\n\nObjec
 tive:\nTo experience movement as a tool for grounding and emotional regu
 lation — practices that can also be shared with patients.\n\n \n\n--

 cated to self-expression through music, poetry, movement, and community 
 celebration.\n\nPhysicians spend much of their lives caring for others. 
 This evening offers space to reconnect with personal creativity and joy.
 \n\nObjective:\nTo celebrate individual self-care journeys through artis
 tic expression and shared experience.\n\n \n\n-- Sunday --\n\n-- 9:00

 hitra Mensinkai\nInspired by Walt Whitman’s line “I am large, I cont
 ain multitudes,” this experiential session explores the many roles cli
 nicians hold — professional, personal, relational, and internal.\n\nUs
 ing improvisational exercises, music, and reflective practices informed 
 by Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Acceptanc
 e and Commitment Therapy, participants will explore internal complexity 
 with curiosity and compassion.\n\nNo performance experience required.\n\
 nObjective:\nTo deepen awareness of internal perspectives and enhance em
 otional regulation, flexibility, and presence in clinical encounters.\n\

 \n\nParticipants will reflect on the weekend’s experiences, share insi
 ghts, and explore ways to integrate what they’ve learned into everyday
