I'm a Physician specializing in Psychotherapy who helps by Teaching, (instead of prescribing medications). My approach is with a positive and forward-looking 'Solution Focus'.

Up to now Life has just happened to you and consequently you’re in your present state. By learning to bypass your current “limiting beliefs”, and about the available better choices & resources, you could overcome your issues and change course towards a more satisfying life.

The most appropriate patients for my approach are those with recent difficulties, motivation to 'Partner' with me on changing themselves by doing the ‘Homework’, and willingness to invest more in changing than complaining.
