I'm a Physician specializing in Psychotherapy who helps by Teaching, (instead of using drugs). My approach is with a focus on the positives and forward-looking solutions. By learning to recognize and overcome your restricting ‘limiting beliefs” and learning techniques for regaining control to calm & focus your mind - you can change the course of your life towards a healthier and happier one. The most appropriate patients for my approach are those with recent difficulties, motivation to 'Partner' with me on changing themselves by doing the ‘Homework’, and willingness to commit more to changing than complaining.
