My approach for potential patients:

-Virtual Psychotherapy serving province wide in Ontario.

-By referral only by an MD or Nurse Practitioner. We cannot accommodate urgent referrals and also do not provide long term Psychotherapy. Wait times for initial Consultation and subsequent Psychotherapy sessions vary and can be 6 months to two years, depending on the current case load. Consultation appointments do not guarantee acceptance into our program. The initial assessment will assess if our services fit best with an individual patient’s needs. Specialization: •TRAUMA focused Psychotherapy Including early childhood trauma with use of EMDR, Mindfulness & Somatic Experiencing.

•CHRONIC PAIN focused psychotherapy using EMDR & Mindfulness.
