4:00 PM Oct 25 - 1:00 PM Oct 27, 2019
Join us on the shores of Lake Couchiching for a weekend in the exploration of Shamanic Mindfulness/Energy Medicine. Self-care will be strengthened via the use of breath, sound, mindfulness, and narration. This will be of relevance both in personal and client work. Practice will take place through guided exercises individually and in dyadic/group work and as always in a safe, nurturing and supportive environment.
Unique experiences will include the Fire Ceremony (conducted outdoors), Drum Circles/Shamanic Dance and the personal gift of Thirteen Canoes Wisdom Wheel.
